Emma Kingsberg

Nutrition Educator

Emma graduated with a Masters in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine, where she focused on community nutrition and non-profit work. After graduating, Emma joined the Food as Medicine Institute to teach whole food nutrition and hands-on cooking in low income communities. During her time with the institute, she partnered with the AgeWise Institute where she created the nutrition for healthy aging curriculum for the Inspired Living Series and continues to teach the program in assisted living homes. Emma is the newest member of Bread and Salt Academy, a cooking and nutrition non-profit program for Portland public school kids pursuing Culinary Arts.
